As long as I can remember I have been fascinated by the forces of life, nature and what influences health and vitality in all living things.
Through my education and training, I have come to know that our bodies are capable of sustaining health throughout life, and the we have the ability heal from anything when given the freedom to do so.
I have also come to know that Chiropractic is a health care option that allows the body this freedom, and I have witnessed many people heal and remain healthy through receiving care.
I have been in practice since 2009, and have cared for people over the years in all ages and stages of life from the newly born to the elderly. The more freedom and ease in the spine and nervous system equates to greater health and well being, and all living beings deserve to live with as much function, ease and potential as possible.
My approach is gentle and effective, using an integrative technique through the concepts of Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI). This method combines light touch, soft tissue and gentle structural release, using Drop Table, Diversified, Activator, SOT and Fascial release.
I have a specialization in prenatal care and pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) and am Webster Technique Certified through the ICPA. This specialization allows me to approach my pregnant and child patients specifically, gently and with an honoring touch.
As a Chiropractor, a wife and a mother of two boys, I have come to understand that true health is a result of the conscious choices we make in life. I love working with people and families who intend to live a healthy life, as our bodies are worth investing in. Chiropractic care is not about a quick fix, but a health care choice that allows for overall ease, freedom, greater overall health and expression of life.
